They Are Here, Planning More Attacks - San Bernardino Killer Passed DHS Vetting! Outrageous New Information Emerges As Police And Experts Face Off With Obama Over Guns
CBS News dropped a bombeshell on their Twitter social media thread on Thursday, December 3, 2015, informing followers that one of the San Bernardino killers, 27-year-old Tashfeen Malik, who entered the country after marrying Syed Rizwan Farook, had passed DHS counterterrorism screening as part of her vetting for K-1 visa... screen shot below in case the tweet somehow mysteriously disappears.
Authorities said that when he returned to the U.S. in July 2014, he brought Malik with him on a fiancee visa. After a background check by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, she was granted a conditional green card last summer.
On December 3, 2015, U.S. Senators' Ted Cruz and Jeff Sessions sent a letter to U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General Loretta Lynch, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson and U.S. Department of State Secretary John Kerry demanding basic information, originally requested back in August 2015, regarding the immigration histories of 72 individuals in the United States who havebeen identified as having a connection to terrorism over a one-year period.

Dear Attorney General Lynch, Secretary Johnson, and Secretary Kerry:
On August 12, we sent a letter requesting that you provide basic information regarding the immigration histories of 72 individuals in the United States who have been identified as having a connection to terrorism over a one-year period. You have failed to comply with the request, sent more than three-and-half months ago.
A response is not only long overdue, but urgent in light of a series of assaults,including: the heinous attacks in San Bernardino, California, the earlier attacks on the military recruiting center in Chattanooga, the Boston Bombing, and Congress' imminent consideration of government funding legislation that would include funding for myriad immigration programs that have allowed for these events to occur.
Press reports indicate that the alleged perpetrators of yesterday's attacks, Syed Rizwan Farook and his new wife Tashfeen Malik, wore" assault style clothing,"described as "tactical gear," and authorities described their home as an "IED factory,"with multiple pipe bombs and small explosives strapped to remote-controlled cars. According to these press reports, Farook is the child of immigrants who came to the United States from Pakistan, and Malik travelled to the u.s. from Saudi Arabia.
According to the LA times: "Farook recently traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned with a new wife he had met online." A CNN report added the following detail: "Farook traveled to Saudi Arabia for several weeks in 2013 on the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca that Muslims are required to take at least once in their lifetime, which didn't raise red flags, said two government officials. It was during this trip that he met Malik, a native of Pakistan who came to the United States on a 'fiancee visa' and later became alawful permanent resident." Among Muslim nations, Pakistan is the top recipient of U.S. green cards, having received 83,000 between FY09-FYI3. Further, according to CBS News, sources say that the two viewed ISIS propaganda online, and separate reports indicate that Farook was in touch with other individuals being investigated for terrorism.
Accordingly, in addition to the previously requested information from our August 12th letter, we demand that you immediately provide the same detailed information requested in that letter for Farook and Malik, which would include the immigration history of their parents and any immigration documents related to their marriage and her subsequent travel to the U.S.
In our struggle against terrorism, we are dealing with an enemy that has shown it is not only capable of bypassing U.S. screening, but of recruiting and radicalizing Muslim migrants after their entry to the United States. The recruitment of terrorists inthe U.S. is not limited to adult migrants, but to their young children and to their U.S.-born children - which is why family immigration history is necessary to understand the nature of the threat.
In the first 11 months of this year, we have already identified 12 individuals brought into the country as refugees who have been subsequently implicated interrorism. Their countries of origin range from Bosnia, to Somalia, to Uzbekistan. These events do not occur in isolation, but tend to be part of broader networks of radicalization and extremism that must be understood as we develop immigration policy.
Congress is days away from consideration of an omnibus year-end funding bill that would set the U.S. on an autopilot path to approve green cards, asylee, and refugee status to approximately 170,000 migrants from Muslim countries during the next fiscal year.In addition to that would tens of thousands of temporary visas for entry and employment, and the entire sum is added to the rest of the annual autopilot green card, asylee, refugee, and foreign worker flow. The security task involved is immense, and Congress must have the requested information if lawmakers are to act as responsible stewards of American immigration policy.
Starting at the first portion emphasized above we see that as of August 2015, Congress knew of at least 72 individuals, migrants in the U.S., that had been connected to terrorism over a one year period..... which obviously didn't include the San Bernardino killers. This leaves the obvious concern of how many more are here, leading secret lives, running bomb factories in their homes and stockpiling gear for another attack?
Then an even more concerning aspect of this letter is the fact that the U.S. Congress is forced to obtain the information divulged within this letter from the press!! The very same Congress responsible for funding Obama's trojan horse invasion of the U.S. and that they plan to put the program on AUTOPILOT.
OBAMA PLANNING GUN CONTROL BY FIAT
Rather than suspending the Refugee Resettlement Program until the vetting process can be overhauled and the FBI, DHS and other alphabet soup agencies can catch up with backlog of investigations on individuals already in the U.S. with ties to terrorism, some of which entered along with the refugees as critics often warned would happen, Barack Obama is planning to push his gun control agenda by Executive Order.
What Obama and his merry band of gun grabbers are specifically not noting is that California, where the San Bernardino massacre occurred, already has the same type of "gun control" laws gun control propenents are pushing to have enacted universally.
When Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik carried out their California jihad on December 2, they did so in a state with expanded background checks, registration requirements for “assault weapons,” and an “A-” grade from the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
None of these things prevented the attack from occurring.
California has expanded background checks, which means they require a background check on every sale–retail or private. These are the very checks that President Obama, Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), and Democrat surrogates like Gabby Giffords, Mark Kelly, Shannon Watts, and others are pushing at the federal level on the false premise of keeping Americans safe. They are the same checks that Colorado enacted after the heinous December 2012 attack on Sandy Hook Elementary, under the illusion that such checks would prevent a high profile public attack.
The latest high profile shooting in Colorado was November 27; the one before that took place on Halloween day.
The kicker comes at the end of the Breitbart piece which concludes "It is interesting to note that in addition to expanded background checks, California has gun registration requirements for “assault weapons,” which Obama commonly refers to as “weapons of war.” Farook and Malik used AR-15s for part of their California jihad, but the registration requirement appears to have posed no hindrance."
POLICE FACE OFF WITH OBAMA AND DEMOCRATS ON GUNS
While Obama and the media continue to push the "gun control" narrative, Ulster County, NY Sheriff Paul J. Van Blarcum issues a statement via the Department's official Facebook page which starts with "ATTENTION LICENSED HANDGUN OWNERS," encouraging gun owners to responsible take advantage of their "legal right to carry a firearm," to "ensure the safety of yourself and others." (Screen shot below)
Detroit Police Chief James Craig has reportedly said he believes the fear that armed citizens would return fire serves as a deterrent for a potential terrorist attack in the rust belt city, according to Detroit CBS Local news.
“If you’re a terrorist or a carjacker, you want unarmed citizens,” Craig asserts.
One has to wonder about the agenda of Barack Obama and Democratic politicians, the majority of which have never spent a moment in the "law enforcement" field, in pushing for gun control against legal gun owners, when the professionals, the experts, those that deal with crime and preventing terrorist attacks in their own cities and states are saying it won't work and are, in fact, encouraging the exact opposite of what these agenda driven politicians are pushing for.
Think about it....... Craig says "terrorists want unarmed citizens,"..... so does Barack Obama and Democrats! What does that tell us?
FACTS VERSUS OBAMA FICTION
In researching for this article I ran across some interesting facts, via a criminologist, James Jacobs, director of Center for Research in Crime and Justice at New York University School of Law, a professor of constitutional law, in an interview published on December 1, 2015 by TIME. Some key quotes listed below:
There are so many misunderstandings that it’s hard to know where to begin. For one, we need to remember that we’ve have had a remarkable decrease in violent crime and gun crime in the U.S. since the early 1990s, even though the number of firearms has increased by about 10 million every year. There’s no simple correspondence between the number of firearms in private hands and the amount of gun crime, and I often find it somewhat strange that there seems to be a perception that things are worse than ever when, in reality, things are really better than they’ve been for decades.

But even if we could politically will a gun registry into existence, it’s unlikely that it would work. In the few states where we have a requirement that assault weapons be registered, no more than 10% of the owners of assault weapons have generally gone through the registration process, meaning at least 90% of the people don’t register. Other countries have also had a difficult time making registration work. The Canadians have registered handguns since the 1930s. In 1993, the liberal government initiated shotgun and long gun registration. The program attracted a great deal of criticism, huge cost overruns and resistance from firearms owners, and in 2012 the Conservative government scrapped the program and destroyed the registry. That might give people pause for thought about the feasibility of a registration program.
Another problem with background checks is surveys of inmates show overwhelmingly that criminals obtain guns on the black market or the grey market. Almost no prison inmates say they went to a licensed dealer and filled out forms. And why would they? Even the lowest estimates show 30% of U.S. households own at least one firearm, making it very easy for someone banned from purchasing a gun to obtain one from a friend, family member, or fellow criminal who already has one.
Another interesting point, admitted by Washington Post as pointed out by Breitbart is that "gun crime has been on the decline for about 20 years, except for high-profile shootings in gun-free zones; WaPo claims those shootings are on the increase."
Imagine that, local and state governments paint a huge bullseye on areas saying "no one here can defend themselves!" and are surprised that there is an increase in high profile gun-free zone shootings.
So gun ownership increased for 20 years, but “gun homicides” decreased–except in gun free zones.
WaPo points to a study by Mother Jones that claims that high-profile shootings began increasing in gun-free zones in late 2011/early 2012. The examples Mother Jones provides are the Aurora movie theater, Sandy Hook Elementary, and the D.C. Navy Yard, all of which were gun-free zones.
Other examples of shootings in gun-free zones that could have been cited are Arapahoe High School (December 2013), Fort Hood (April 2014), Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church (June 2015), Chattanooga military offices (July 2015), the Lafayette Grand Theatre (July 2015), and Umpqua Community College (October 1).
Really? How about prosecuting terrorist activities, how about spending the money on investigating those with known terror ties? The issue isn't guns, nor anti-Muslim hate speech in America, after all, Americans aren't walking into facilities for the disabled and slaughtering Muslims! It is the opposite, two jihadist Muslims, one of which passed their DHS and FBI background checks, paased their screening, made it through the vetting process (what a joke that is!) and slaughter 14 innocent people, and injured another 17 in San Bernardino, California.
There are actions that can be taken as explained below by the President and CEO of Act for America, Brigitte Gabriel on the Sean Hannity show, where she specifies actions that have foiled terror attacks in the past. Ms. Gabriel clearly outlines the problem in America today when she says "We are at war whether we recognize it or not."
Not only would the Obama adminsitration rather protect those that want to kill Americans, but the MSM is busy finding bleeding heart stories about how Muslim immigrants are feeling the "backlash."
Rabia Chaudry kept her 7-year-old daughter home from her private Islamic school in Maryland on Thursday, fearing anti-Muslim backlash from Wednesday’s massacre nearly 3,000 miles away in San Bernardino, Calif.
This was addressed after the attack in Benghazi, by Ms. Gabriel a year ago, in response to a "moderate" Muslim woman's question, shown on ANP before, but obviously needs to be seen by every so-called "moderate" Muslim in America.
Be prepared, be vigilant, be armed... get the proper training to safely operate your weapons and be prepared to defend your life, your family and your home.
The Obama administration certainly isn't concerned with your safety, so you must be!
