Shots Across The Bow A Warning To Liberal Activist Judges To Tread Carefully Because 'No One Is Above The Law' And If Investigations Find They Broke It, They Will Be Prosecuted
Two liberal judges have been arrested for their actions in protecting, and/or abetting illegal aliens, and the media and Democrat politicians are so busy freaking out over the Trump administration's DOJ holding activist judges to account for their actions, that they are missing the clear message being sent to them and to other judges who think they can break the law without consequences.
First the two judges.
New Mexico Judge Joel Cano was forced to resign after investigators found a suspected gang member living at a home tied to his family. Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, linked to the Tren de Aragua criminal network, was taken into custody at a property owned by Canos wife, Nancy
Both Nancy and Joel were arrested.
According to reports Joel Cano has been permanently barred by the New Mexico Supreme Court from holding or running for any judicial office again in New Mexico.
The New Mexico Supreme Court has permanently barred a former Doa Ana County magistrate judge from ever serving on the bench. The justices ruled that Joel Canos conduct was unbefitting of a judge after Cano resigned last month when the Department of Homeland Security arrested alleged Venezuelan gang member Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, who was living on his property. Ortega-Lopez has been in the country illegally since 2023 and was caught after social media posts surfaced showing him in possession of firearms.
Cano denied knowing Ortego-Lopez was affiliated with the Tren de Aragua terrorist network. Cano and his wife have been released on $10,000 secured bonds and have been banned from renting to any "non-citizens" as their cases work their way through the courts.

According to a criminal complaint, Joel Cano told federal investigators that he smashed a phone federal agents had been seeking with a hammer, while investigators believe that Nancy Cano plotted with Ortega-Lopez to delete a Facebook account. Both were sought as evidence, according to court records.
Next up is a real piece of work,Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan.
Long story short, when immigration officials showed up to arrest an illegal alien in court accused of domestic violence, Dugan delayed them, forced them to go talk to a chief judge, then snuck the illegal alien out a private entrance to prevent ICE officials from arresting him.
Dugan is accused of escorting Eduardo Flores-Ruiz and his lawyer from her court through the jury door last week after learning that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were in the building and seeking his arrest. Flores-Ruiz, who court documents say illegally reentered the U.S. after being deported in 2013, was taken into custody outside after a foot chase.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has suspended Dugan, despite holding a liberal majority. The ruled they wereacting to protect public confidence in Wisconsin courts during the criminal proceedings against Dugan.
Duganhas been charged with concealing an illegal alien to prevent his discovery and arrest, and obstructing or impeding a proceeding.
Dugan's arrests has sparked outrage among Democrats, who have accused the Trump administration of trying to chill the judiciary. Demonstrators gathered outside the FBI's Milwaukee field office Saturday to protest her arrest.
While we rarely ever agree with Democrats, and many agree that judges are not above the law and Dugan deserved the public spectacle of being arrested at the court house, this was definitely a shot across the bow by the Trump administration. Not to "chill the judiciary," but rather as a warning, that activist judges, deliberately using their position to prevent the lawful arrest of illegal aliens, will not be tolerated.

A SHOT ACROSS THE BOW.....
Many liberal activist district court judges around the country, all appointed by Democrats, have been working overtime to block President Trump's crackdown on illegal immigration, and deportation of violent illegal alien criminals from the U.S.
As the image above shows, the White House has posted a number of mugshots, and the description of the crimes committed by illegal aliens that have been deported under the Trump administration in just the first 100 days.
The fact that liberal activist judges are attempting to block president Trump from deporting illegal aliens with wide ranging court orders preventing the administration from doing what Trump promised he would do on the campaign trail, is a direct middle finger to the American electorate that vote, at least in part, for Trump because of this issue.
The arrests and charges against the two judges above is definitely a shot across the bow, and done in a manner that was guaranteed to have the media and Democrat politicians go apoplectic, forcing them to once again go to bat for people that have broken the law.
Had the government arrested one of the activist judges blocking Trump's deportations, the media could have spun it any way they wanted, but now they have been forced to once again defend judges that have allegedly committed criminal acts, all because they are "judges."
Judges are not above the law and the Trump administration just made that crystal clear by making a spectacle out of the two aforementioned judges.
In doing so, another statement was made, and that is if the Trump administration decides to investigate any other activist judges, then they had better hope nothing in their past actions can incriminate them, or else they will be the next public spectacle, and perhaps lose their seats on the bench.
It was smart going after Canos and Dugan first, because they literally aided and abetted criminal illegal aliens, which in turn showcased the media and Democrats propensity to defend criminals and illegal aliens.
HYPOCRISY IS THY NAME......
Another spectacular point that is highlighted by not only the public spectacle arrests of two activist judges, so far, is the hypocrisy spewing from Democrats, and the media, in their defense of judges who have broken the law, since they spent years howling on public television that "No one is above the law."
