The Perverted Sickness Of Liberalism Is Exemplified In Biden's 'Token' Supreme Court Nominee - Leniency For Child Porn Offenders And No Position On 'Natural Rights' Guaranteed In The Constitution

First let me begin by explaining the "token" comment in the headline.  Joe Biden actually admitted to choosing a Supreme Court nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, because of her gender and color. 

Token: ADJECTIVE - "done for the sake of appearances or as a symbolic gesture."

In choosing Jackson, we had the rare opportunity to see and hear her confirmation testimony, as well as the answers to written questions by U.S. Senators, answers that were shockingly dishonest in the name of political posturing.

Say what you will about Trump's  nominees that were confirmed during his term in the White House, and believe me people do complain every single time the "originalist" and constitutional judges don't join other conservatives in the rulings, but they clearly do not walk in lockstep as liberal judges have proven they do.

I personally would much rather a judge that makes their determination by issue, rather than by politics, even if I disagree vehemently with the ruling.

THE PERVERTED SICKNESS OF LIBERALISM

We have documented many cases of perversion from liberals, such as their insistence that boys/men be allowed in girls/women's bathrooms, changing rooms and other gender specified spaces, and vice versa.

We have seen liberals attempt to normalize pedophilia.

We have seen, and are seeing right now in Florida, liberals vocally arguing that children in  Kindergarten through 3rd grade be "taught" in school gender-related issues, sexual classes, and insisting their are more than two genders, as well as claiming that being born with XX chromosomes or XY chromosomes isn't what determines whether children are males or females. 

We have also seen the increasing amount of stories about "teachers" gender transitioning children behind their parents backs and giving children puberty blockers without parental permission,  

There are so many examples of liberally-approved perversions it would take all day to list them and link to them, but those listed above are representational of the level of severity I am talking about when I call it a sickness.

BIDEN'S TOKEN NOMINEE.................

Let me start by saying that unless some Democrats vote against Jackson along with Republicans, she is going to be confirmed to the Supreme Court, especially with RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) like Susan Collins willing to put the radical liberal extremist nominee on the highest court in the nation. 

With that said, Ketanji Brown Jackson, was exposed during the confirmation hearings as exemplifying the sick and twisted  perversion of liberalism.

Child Porn and Pedophiles:

One of the hot button topics during the confirmation process was Jackson's leniency in sentencing child porn criminals, with Senators entering into the record a number of examples showing Jackson's sympathies laying with the perpetrator of such heinous crimes, rather than the victims.

Hawley said in one case that Jackson contended that the person being convicted of possessing child pornography was not a “pedophile.” He noted that Jackson only gave the child pornographer three months, far lower than what the sentencing guideline suggested.

Hawley said, “You said to him, ‘This is a truly difficult situation. I appreciate that your family is in the audience. I feel so sorry for them and for you, and for the anguish this has caused all of you. I feel terrible about the collateral consequences of this conviction.”

“Then. you said, ‘Pedophiles are truly shunned in this society,'” he added.

How "bad" did she feel for the victims of the child porn and child torture images?

In July 2020, Jackson gave the bare minimum sentence to a defendant convicted of distributing images and videos of infants being sexually abused, and who had boasted of molesting his 13-year-old cousin, even though she knew the defendant refused “to take full responsibility” for his crimes, a transcript reveals. In 2018, Christopher Michael Downs was busted trading child porn in a private online chat room, “Pedos Only,” including images of adult males raping “a prepubescent female child,” according to court records. He posted 33 graphic photos, including an image of a naked female child as young as 2 years old. Downs, then 30, told the group, “I once fooled around with my 13-year-old cousin.” He also uploaded a 10-second video of “a prepubescent female lying in a bathtub and with an adult male inserting his penis into her mouth.”

Jackson herself admitted that the felon was at “risk of reoffending,” the transcript further reveals. But she declined to enhance his prison time based on the amount of porn he distributed, arguing such enhancements were “outdated” and “substantially flawed.” She acknowledged the average sentence nationally “for similarly situated defendants” was 81 months, but she gave him the statutory mandatory-minimum sentence of 60 months, which was short of the nearly six years prosecutors asked for. In addition, Jackson gave him credit for time served starting from when he was first incarcerated in October 2018, so technically she gave him only 38 months, or a little over three years, in the pen. Downs is scheduled for release in December.

In her April 2021 sentencing of child porn distributor Ryan Manning Cooper, Jackson contradicted the findings of prosecutors, dismissing the crimes they described as “on the more egregious or extreme spectrum” of child porn as not “especially egregious.” Among the more than 600 images prosecutors told the judge he traded were sexually explicit pics depicting bondage of infants and toddlers. Prosecutors also busted him with a video of a “pre-pubescent boy being penetrated anally and orally” by an older male.

The nature of these crimes and perverted sickness is only overtaken by one thing... a judge that has seen the images, the pain of the children, and sympathized more with the offender than the children. 

Refuses To Define What I Woman Is:

When asked to define what a "woman" is, this radical liberal black female claimed she couldn't because she is not a "biologist."

No Position On Natural Rights: 

While this issue isn't about sexual perversion cases, this goes right to the fact that Supreme Court Justices take oaths of office. There is the constitutional oath that all federal officials take, though many of them break that oath on a daily basis. There is the judicial oath, and there is a combination of the two that some swear.

All of which state they will discharge their duties incumbent on them "under the Constitution and laws of the United States."

In response to written questions, also considered testimony, and despite acknowledging in a previous question that The Declaration of Independence speaks to unalienable rights of Americans, Jackson declared that she held  "no position" on natural and unalienable rights.

How does a judge that wants to be on the highest court of the nation, one where they must take an oath to  discharge their duties under the constitution, do so, when she cannot even take a position on the guaranteed and natural rights of Americans.

JACKSON EXPEMPLIFIES  THE PERVERTED SICKNESS OF LIBERALISM

Joe Biden and his handlers could not have chosen a candidate more representative of the perversion of what liberalism and 'progressiveness' has become.

Her judicial philosophy aside, anyone too ignorant to be capable or willing to define what a woman is, when she herself is a female, and who has more sympathy for child porn offenders, including violence against very young minors, than the children abused in the images, along with not taking a position on natural rights, has no business sitting on the highest court in the nation.      

Yet, democrats and the RINO Susan Collins, are going to put her there anyway.

BOTTOM LINE

Americans need to understand that socially "moderate" Democrats are incredibly rare because the party was long ago taken over by perverted and sick liberalism.

 Ketanji Brown Jackson is visible proof of this, and Democrats in the Senate are showing they are no different by voting to confirm her.

When they say "liberalism is a sickness," she is the poster child for that statement.
