While their story goes on to report it seems unlikely the search would end with Clarke as he doesn't have much experience as a prosecutor or an investigator, much crazier things have already happened during this brief administration and if firing Comey was throwing a huge chunk of red meat to his 'base', bringing on Clarke to be his head of FBI might light the fire that carries Trump into 2024.
While much of the left goes into total meltdown mode over Comey's firing, claiming that President Trump may be interfering with an ongoing investigation of his own alleged ties to Russia, the response from former Hillary Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook probably tells us the real tale of why the Democrats are going nuts over this firing. Claiming that 'he's terrified', might the 'Clinton machine' be about to go down?
While strong arguments are being made for other candidates, Sheriff Clarke has long been known as President Trump's favorite sheriff and if the 'political gloves' are really going to come off in 2017 and the 'swamp' is really going to be drained, Sheriff Clarke may be the best person for the job.
A visit to Sheriff Clarke's Twitter page (partially seen in the screenshot below) gives us a small taste of why Clarke is so well liked by tens of millions of Americans, appropriately nicknamed 'The People's Sheriff', especially for those who who feel they've been targeted by the prior admininstration for sporting 'Don't Tread on Me' bumber stickers on our cars or for flying our American flags or being preppers, Conservatives or Christians.
Cowboy hat wearing Clarke has long let the American people know that he loves America and by sporting his own 'Don't Tread On Me' flag on his Twitter page, Clarke shows he obviously doesn't stand for 'political correctness'.
“As Sheriff of Milwaukee County, I am furious that the progressive left has put my citizens in harm’s way and that I had to send my officers into cauldrons of anarchy and hatred that were created by the left,” he continued. “As an elected public servant, I am livid that Milwaukee’s pathetic, kowtowing city officials and aldermen take this opportunity to abandon their citizens and preen before the Black Lives Matter-enabling media.”
"The officer-involved-shooting was simply a catalyst that ignited the already volatile mixture of inescapable poverty, failing K-12 public schools, dysfunctional lifestyle choices like father absent homes, gang involvement, drug/alcohol abuse and massive unemployment,” he argued.
“That things have not improved and in fact worsened in the American ghetto after eight years of Barack Obama is remarkable only to those who have not been paying attention to our nation’s cities,” Sheriff Clarke continued. “There’s only one answer, which is for the citizens of America to expose and heap scorn on this lying and dangerous triad of big government, liberal mainstream media and the lost souls of the urban ghettos both these institutions feed upon for their power.
“What happened Saturday night and again Sunday night had little to do with police use of force — it was a collapse of the social order where tribal behavior leads to reacting to circumstances instead of waiting for facts to emerge,” the sheriff wrote. “The actions were the manifestation of a population with no hope, no stake in the American dream that could provide advancement and purpose and pride of self. They are the ones lied to, exploited by and ultimately manipulated by the Democrats who claim to care. They are victims of the left, but they are not without blame. It’s time for them to remember their own humanity, their own dignity, and to fight for that return to the American Dream that the left would withhold from them.”
Whether or not Sheriff Clarke is President Trump's pick for FBI Director, it's clear that America's 'crown jewel of law enforcement' is taking a well deserved turn as most Trump supporters have strongly applauded Comey's firing.
In the 2nd video below, videographer Trumpet News takes a look at Comey's firings and the speculation that Sheriff Clarke may soon be sitting in the highest law enforcement office in the land, a move that while still highly unlikely, would send a message to Trump's base that the swamp may be about to be drained...but we won't hold our breath's waiting. The simple fact that Comey's firing 'terrifies' Clinton's former campaign manager proves to us this well overdue termination has got to be a good thing.
