The War For The Future Of America: US Supreme Court Agrees To Hear Case Which Could Impact 1st Amendment And Prevent Totalitarian 'Big Tech' From Censoring Conservatives Online

In what could turn into some of the best news for the 1st Amendment and 'liberty' in America in a long time, Citizen Truth reported on Wednesday that the United States Supreme Court has agreed to take a case that could end internet censorship and expand the 1st Amendment in America. And while the case most likely won't be heard until sometime in 2019, a ruling which could expand the 1st Amendment online would be highly welcome to all independent media outlets, some of which were recently dealt a 'death blow'.
While twitter, facebook, youtube and google continue to silence Conservatives ahead of the mid-terms in just weeks, quite literally attempting to manipulate the election themselves in the favor of the Democrats, the draconian and well coordinated purge of Conservative and independent voices from the big social media websites on the internet could put thousands of people out of work according to Matt Savoy of the Free Thought Project. As Savoy told RT of the coordinated twitter/facebook purge, "facebook was a source of how we were able to get our links out and drive traffic to the website, and we no longer have it. The few remaining employees that we have, they are going to be gone."
And while facebook claimed they were getting rid of spamming accounts, as we had reported on ANP on October 13th, facebook's 'hit list' contained many of the same websites listed by globalist propaganda organization 'prop or not', a list referenced by the Washington Post in a now discredited fake news story. So should 'big tech' be allowed to censor political views online they don't agree with? After the recent purge of over 800 independent media outlets on Facebook, the Supreme Court is now hearing a case that could have ramifications for any future attempts at similar purges.
The United States Supreme Court has agreed to take a case that could change free speech on the Internet forever. Manhattan Community Access Corp. v. Halleck, No. 17-702, the case that it has agreed to take, will decide if the private operator of a public access network is considered a state actor, CNBC reported.
The case could affect how companies like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and YouTube are governed. If the Court were to issue a far-reaching ruling it could subject such companies to First Amendment lawsuits and force them to allow a much broader scope of free speech from its users.
The Court decided to take the case on Friday and it is the first case that was taken after Justice Brett Kavanaugh joined the Court.
DeeDee Halleck and Jesus Melendez claimed that they were fired from Manhattan Neighborhood Network for speaking critically of the network. And, though the case does not involve the Internet giants, it could create a ruling that expands the First Amendment beyond the government.
In this new story over at The Verge that the Drudge Report linked to we get a look at a huge problem for America. Reporting that the majority of Americans believe they CAN tell the difference between 'real news' and 'fake news' BUT most Americans CAN'T tell the difference between a real, live human being on social media and a 'bot', the huge disconnect is easy to see with many on the left still trusting CNN and MSNBC as if their news was the Word of God.
In the Pew Research study on social media bots they report that only 47% of those surveyed believe that they could tell the difference between a human being and a bot and a huge 80% of those surveyed believed that 'bots' were used for bad purposes, such as spreading 'fake news'. But with the mainstream media and Democratic party operatives long labeling 'deplorable' President Trump supporters as 'Russian bots', the disconnect on the left becomes obvious when they believe the msm that Conservatives are 'nazis' or 'bots' when we're not.
So lets take a quick look at the website Bot Sentinel to see how many real human beings they have listed as 'trollbots'. And while we're sure that some among the 40,097 accounts they've got listed as 'trollbots' are really 'trollbots', a look at their website shows Susan Duclos listed at 65% chance of being a bot, problematic they say, while they have me at an 83% chance of being a trollbot, what they call 'alarming'. Yet here we are, very real people, flesh and blood...living, breathing....trying our best to make a difference.
And a visit to Bot Sentinel's 'fake news' section has the following names listed as 'fake news pushers'.:
The Drudge Report. Retired Secret Service agent Dan Bongino. Brad Parscale, President Trump's 2020 re-election campaign manager. Blogger Sara Carter. Charlie Kirk from Turning Point USA. Both Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson from Fox News along with reporter Laura Ingraham. Investigative journalist Laura Loomer. Jack Posobiec. Both Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch. US Congressman Devin Nunes. Diamond and Silk. The websites Breitbart, Infowars and Secure Freedom. White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders herself is 'fake news' according to the globalists. Donald Trump Jr. himself. And of course, the biggest 'fake news pusher' in America, President Donald J. Trump himself.
Yet it was Hillary Clinton who recently gave up her security clearance, something that should have happened long ago, though we don't hold too much weight to Hillary's clearance being gone as she is still married to Bill and has been a fixture within the 'deep state' for decades. With many friends still with such clearances able to provide her with classified information likely any time she wants it, we're not surprised that she's still throwing her face into US politics and truly believe that she herself is largely behind the big tech censorship purge. Remember! Back in May she told Harvard University her 'dream job' would be to run Facebook!
Had the internet and the independent media not been around, does anybody really believe that President Trump would have won the election with the mainstream media giving him 90% negative coverage?
Yet America has been massively 'red pilled' as William B. Stoecker reported in this new ANP story. With Republicans angry and energized while Democrats are enraged and breaking down into madness, there has never been a better time than right now for Americans to take our country back from the 'elite'.
And with millions of more Americans sure to awaken as truth hopefully emerges in the coming weeks or months, an America united around the truth absolutely beats an America divided and marching precariously close to civil war.
In this new story over at Infowars by Paul Joseph Watson as heard in the first video below, Watson explains to us why the NPC meme seen above is driving the left completely insane. For those who haven't yet heard of this meme, on online games, a NPC is a 'non playable character', any character in a game which is not controlled by a player. In video games, this usually means a character controlled by the computer via predetermined or responsive behavior, but not necessarily true artificial intelligence.
Walking back and forth in a robotic trance and babbling endlessly about nothing, Watson explains how the NPC meme is actually cutting through the programming that most on the left have been indoctrinated into, helping some to realize that the NPC is just like them, non-independent-thinking robots, shouting in unison a pre-programmed slogan as if marching subconsciously to the beat of their handler's drums.
And now with the left melting down over the meme, with twitter banning the posting of it and banning some of those who share it, Infowars has just announced Meme Wars 3.0 with a $10,000 grand prize awarded the winner of the best NPC meme with an Infowars theme, referencing either the website or Alex Jones or Paul Joseph Watson.

Another example of the NPC meme can be seen below and is a perfect example of what is happening to President Trump supporters or simply 'non-haters' all across America who 'come out of the closet' and mention something as simple as 'maybe he's not so bad': the liberal mob firing squad.
As William Stoecker reported on ANP on October 10th, the 'Secret History of Dianne Slimestein' helps to explain the Democrats descent into madness and as Paul Joseph Watson points out in his video, many on the left absolutely have a cult-like mentality. And that's not surprising as Stoecker had pointed out, California Senator Dianne Feinstein and Representative Nancy Pelosi both had ties to the Reverend Jim Jones and his doomsday cult that quite literally 'drank the kool aid' in Jonestown, Guyana with 909 dead.
